We offer a Key Holding and Alarm Response solution to relieve the pressure of organising key holders within your business. Our SIA Licensed Officers will provide a reliable solution, rapidly responding to any alarm call to ensure the absolute safety and security of your premises and immediately alerting the emergency services if there are any signs of criminal activity.
Our Response Officers can gain access to domestic or commercial premises through safeguarding a copy of your properties keys and responding in the event of fire or alarm activation.
They can also perform open and closing services, enabling authorized personnel access to your premises at any time of the day or night. Supervised access can also include contractors, tradesmen, deliveries and collections.
Keys are coded anonymously, sealed and secured within our 24-hour key safes and are only released under strictly monitored procedures.
SafetyNet Security Group is accredited by the Security Industry Authority as an Approved Contractor for Key Holding Services.
Lock Up Services
If you have a number of premises, or if your business operates long and unsociable hours, then we can take away the worry and the burden of securing and opening your premises by doing it for you.
A Security Officer will arrive shortly before the end of your day ensuring the last member of staff has left. A full patrol is carried out to make sure all doors and windows are closed and that all non-essential equipment is turned off. Our officers will then lock up, set the alarm and depart.
This service allows ‘peace of mind’ with the knowledge that the premises has been secured or opened to your specification. Based on an initial inspection we will prepare detailed ‘service delivery’ procedures to allow us and our customers to determine the operation of the security service. Accurate data on each visit can be provided confirming the attendance of the members of our security team to the premises
This information can be utilised by the Police and/or your insurance provider.
At a predetermined time, the officer will attend site and carry out an External Patrol - checking for signs of forced entry.
The premises would then be entered and the alarm deactivated. All rooms are patrolled and at the client’s request, heating systems etc can be switched on.
