Looking for experienced Door Supervisors in the following areas - Walsall / Birmingham /Bromsgrove / Leamington and surrounding area. Must be 18 + and hold a sia license in Door Supervision. Rate of pay will be from £9.00ph - £10.00ph depending on experience. The Applicants must be willing to travel and do weekend evening work where required.

Street Marshal

Job Description:

Recruiting for Street Marshals in the Leamington area - Street Marshalls must be over 18 years old, be physically fit as patrols are on foot and have a SIA Door Supervisor Licence. Must have CRB and will be assessed for appointment by a panel including representatives of the local police force. Complete the required initial training and updates. Be available to work a designated shift pattern, assemble in good time at the patrol base for their shift and participate in briefing prior to patrol, take instruction from the team leader in how the team will work, who will partner and patrol route. During the patrols Street Marshals will: Patrol areas of the Town Centre, Work in partnership with Police, Door Staff, Taxi Marshals, Paramedics and other agencies, using the town centre radio network offer support to those who are distressed or upset. Offer help to those who are isolated or separated from friends, offer assistance to those who may have suffered violence or been affected by it. Listen and speak to those who may have been refused entry into venues in order to calm potentially aggressive situations. Help those who feel vulnerable to find taxis by waiting with them until lifts arrive. Pick up bottles and glass for safe disposal. Keep a record of incidents and other information in order that the team leader at the end of the patrol can compile a diary and statistical record of the nights activity, participate in the patrol debrief to identify significant issues.
